1. In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, DEM Alimentos S.L., (hereinafter, "DEM"), with CIF B-52549821, informs the User of the existence of an automated personal data file (hereinafter the "File") created with the data obtained on the www.fudiandco.com portal (hereinafter, the "Portal").

2. The File is under the responsibility of DEM, as the Owner, and is duly registered in the General Data Protection Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

3. The purpose of the File is (i) to inform and provide the services offered on the Portal; (ii) to respond to queries from Users in relation to the products and services offered on the Portal; (iii) development of contractual and/or commercial relationships between the User and DEM; (iv) carrying out promotional and advertising activities by any means, including sending emails and messages through any system, which may be of interest to the User in order to expand and improve our products, adapting our offers to their preferences or needs, as well as to allow personalised browsing.

In accordance with Article 4 of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, the data requested from users shall be strictly necessary, appropriate and relevant for the purpose for which they are collected, and their voluntary or compulsory nature shall be indicated at the time of collection. as well as the consequences of obtaining them or refusing to supply them. Likewise, as a supplement, in the event that the forms or applications do not have such clauses, this Privacy Policy will be applicable.

DEM undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the data included in the file and to use them in accordance with the purpose of the file, as well as to comply with its obligation to store them and adapt all measures to prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007. of 21 December, approving the Regulations for the development of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data. Under no circumstances will DEM use the Users' personal data for purposes other than those mentioned above.

7. In any case, users will be responsible for the veracity and authenticity of the data they provide, as well as for any false or inaccurate statement that may occur as a result of the information and data provided and the possible damages that may arise from this.

8. The User expressly accepts this Privacy Policy and the inclusion of the data collected while browsing the Portal, or provided by filling in any form, as well as those derived from the commercial relationship in the File, for the aforementioned purposes. Likewise, the User agrees to receive commercial communications about DEM's services and activity, as well as notifications relating to matters of interest to the sector, expressly and unequivocally accepting that their data may be transferred, exclusively for the purposes described in the previous paragraph, to companies in which DEM has a stake or to others with which collaboration agreements are concluded.

The User may exercise, with respect to the data collected in the manner provided for in the previous section, the rights recognised in Organic Law 15/1999, and in particular the rights of access, rectification or cancellation of data and opposition, whenever relevant, as well as the right to revoke consent for the transfer of their data or for any of the uses indicated above. The aforementioned rights may be exercised through a written request. This request must contain the following data: name and surname of the user, address for notification purposes, photocopy of the national identity card or passport, and specific request for the request. In the case of representation, it must be proven by means of a reliable document. 10. DEM reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence.
